Do you travel for shoots and events?

Yes! We are available for local, regional, and destination shoots. Travel fees may apply depending on the location.

Do you offer both photo and video packages?

Yes. Many of our packages can be customized to include both photography and videography at a bundled rate.

Is a deposit required to book?

Yes. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date and time. The remaining balance is due by the day of the shoot or event.

Will you help me plan the shoot?

Yes! We guide you through location choices, outfit suggestions, timelines, and creative concepts to make the process smooth and enjoyable.

Do you provide raw/unedited files?

Our packages include fully edited, high-quality deliverables. Raw files are not included but can be purchased separately as an add-on.

What types of photography and videography services do you offer?

We offer photoshoots, event coverage, weddings, music videos, sports, live performances, brand/commercial content, and our signature Lakeshore Live series.

How long will it take to receive my final photos or videos?

Photos are delivered within 2–3 business days and videos within 3–5 business days. Rush delivery options are available.

How far in advance should I book?

ASAP is best to lock in your preferred date, but you can book as long as there’s availability on our calendar.
