Terms of Service

1. Overview

These Terms of Service govern the use of services provided by A1 Media House. By booking or using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Services

A1 Media House provides photography and videography services including, but not limited to:

• Portrait sessions

• Event coverage

• Weddings

• Commercial and branding content

• Music videos and live performance coverage

All services are subject to availability and confirmation.

3. Booking & Payments

• A deposit is required to secure all bookings.

• Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit is received.

• Remaining balances must be paid by the agreed deadline prior to or on the day of the service.

• Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Clients must provide at least 48 hours’ notice for rescheduling.

• Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a new date (subject to availability).

• No-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in forfeiture of payment.

5. Turnaround Time

• Photo delivery timelines are typically provided at the time of booking.

• Video delivery timelines vary depending on the project scope.

• Expedited editing services may be available for an additional fee.

6. Creative Control

A1 Media House maintains full creative control over all content produced, including:

• Shooting style

• Editing style

• Final image and video selection

By booking, the client agrees to trust the creative direction of A1 Media House.

7. Delivery of Content

• Final edited photos and videos will be delivered digitally.

• Raw/unedited files are not included unless agreed upon in advance.

• Clients are responsible for downloading and backing up their files after delivery.

8. Usage & Rights

A1 Media House retains the right to use all captured content for:

• Portfolio

• Website

• Social media

• Marketing and promotional purposes

If a client wishes to keep content private, this must be requested in writing prior to the shoot.

9. Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for:

• Arriving on time

• Securing any necessary permissions or locations

• Ensuring cooperation of participants during sessions

A1 Media House is not responsible for missed moments due to delays or lack of coordination.

10. Limitation of Liability

A1 Media House is not liable for:

• Unforeseen circumstances (weather, venue restrictions, technical issues beyond control)

• Loss of coverage due to client-related delays

• Any indirect or consequential damages

In the unlikely event of equipment failure or data loss, liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

11. Travel & Additional Fees

Additional fees may apply for:

• Travel outside the standard service area

• Studio rentals

• Special equipment or requests

These will be discussed and agreed upon prior to booking.

12. Changes to Terms

A1 Media House reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
